Resumen:
El libro está estructurado en torno a nueve capítulos y unas adecuadas reflexiones finales que sintetizan adecuadamente los contenidos nucleares de la totalidad del libro. Si alguien quiere una síntesis del mismo que recurra, directamente, a estas reflexiones finales, pero se habrá perdido un interesante desarrollo en torno a tres posiciones de lectura: posición de la autoaceptación, posición autoimplicativa y posición neurocientífica.

Abstract:
The book is structured concerning nine chapters and a few suitable final reflections that synthesize adequately the nuclear contents of the totality of the book. If someone wants a synthesis of the same one that resorts, directly, to these final reflections, but an interesting development will have got lost concerning three positions of reading: position of the autoacceptance, self-reference position and neurocientific position.
